The Town car has always been a synonym for a large sedan and the last time we saw it was in 2011. If we look at the current situation on the market, it actually makes a lot of sense to see the 2021 Lincoln Town Car. One one side, key rivals from Cadillac and Chrysler are getting out of this segment. On the other, Lincoln has always been a popular fleet choice, so this could be a perfect choice for all this who doesn’t care too much about today’s crossovermania.
When it comes to the overall design, we presume that the new 2021 Lincoln Town Car would stick to its roots, which means a large sedan layout, which would stretch from mainstream to premium luxury segment in terms of a trim level variety. The latest reports suggest we could see it already in the next year.

Therefore, we would see a full-size sedan, which would probably share most of its design characteristics with the new Lincoln Aviator. However, if we consider that fuel economy is everything these days, so the 2021 Lincoln Town Car would rather come with something smaller and more efficient. Of course, we think of a new 3.0-liter V6 EcoBoost, which already powers the Aviator. This engine is good for pretty impressive 400 horsepower. Of course, the power would go through a new 10-speed automatic gearbox.
